The Problem

Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death. The 2026 ACC/AHA guidelines replaced Pooled Cohort Equations with the PREVENT calculator, but most health systems lack integrated tools to operationalize this at the point of care.

How It Works

Pulls patient data via FHIR (labs, vitals, medications, conditions). Calculates 10-year and 30-year CVD risk using AHA PREVENT. Returns statin intensity recommendations, Lp(a) screening prompts, and lifestyle intervention guidance directly into Epic workflow.
